In 1998 he got to mix the historic concert when Bob Dylan went electric. Making it sound good and transport the feeling of this exceptional concert, was the big challenge, as Michael only got two instrumental stems and one vocal track as source material.
For the 2020 edition of MixCon Michael decided to go a step further as he only uses two stems as a starting point for the new mix. With the help of plugins like the Black Box HG-2 and the bx_console 9000 J beyond others, he manages to extract single instruments and then make them sound big and powerful.
